I felt better today! Went for lunch with Yeo at Old Airport Rd. The food ctr. jus reopen aft renovation. Man..I got to say the food there is YUMMY! The food there don't jus satisfy ur appetite, they looks appealing as well. When you're there, u jus feel like ordering food from every single store. Many of the stores have a certificate issued by channel U food variety show. Stores with tt cert. appeared on TV before which are those good recommendations by the host of the show. I tried the lamb chop and mango pudding cocktail today. They're very nice and the trip there is really eye-opening for me. (Paiseh ah.. I'm 1st time there tt's y I sounded so WOW)

Went to queensway shopping ctr. and get my running shoes. Walk around and spent about ½hr visiting all my friends and ex-colleague who's working there. Before going there, I was thinking whether to get an Asics or Adidas running shoes. Personally, I prefered Asics but in the end I find all those asics shoes there doesn't seems appealing and in the end I bought this pair of Adidas shoes which attracted me at the first sight. Its model name sounds nice also and its relavent to music too. hAHA.. The model name is Adizero Tempo. Tempo tempo lalalala...hahaha..Getting a pair of shoes tt u like is motivating for your running. Run run run and keep fit !!
