I think the weather on these few days can really melt the whole of north pole ~_~
I'm hoping for wind and rain everyday. The icily-cold water in camp suddenly felt so normal. There's no demand for water heater at home. The mid year summer weather is coming soon. I believe everyone of us should drink more water and take good care of ourself as this is the period when all of us are more prone to falling sick.
During this hot weather, I felt you should either slack in some cool places or do sports. Doing sports will let u forget abt the heat from the bad weather. Therefore, I'm playing a lot of badminton these few days.
Today is a great day because there's RAIN. Finally, after so many days! There's rain and breeze. Totally out of the stupid weather. My chants paid off.. LOL
The Kitten
I had a shocking discovery over the week in camp. I found out that the other kitten had already passed away. O.O
I found out from my friend who's working in the cookhouse. He told me that he found the cat lying inside the drain at the back of the cookhouse with it's head twisted to the side. So, he believe that the cat might had knocked onto something and cause it's neck twisted. However, he has buried the cat behind the cook house. Sobz ~

MO
I've seen my camp MO for my feet and thumb injury. Initially, I just felt pain on the left baby toe area when I wear my shoes. Recently, I discovered that my left baby toe out of its position with comparison to the rest of my toes. Then, I compared the toes on both of my feet, there's really a big difference.
The MO scheduled me for X-ray this coming week. I hope it wouldn't be something bad. Regarding my thumb, he told me it might be some ligament problem and will heal by itself otherwise, it'll be there permanently. There's nothing he can do for my thumb. Haiz..
In Camp
Days in camp were just filled with runs. Running in the morning and evening almost everyday. I believe my man benefited from it. Their 2.4km timing had some slight improvement through all these running sessions.
Lately, I'm surprise that i sweat during runs. Usually, you wouldn't find me sweating after runs as I don't sweat much. But, the weather nowadays pulls out all my sweats. Rahhh...

Recently, I've start picking up badminton again in camp. Played with some of them in camp. Badminton is a sport that I've done in primary school. It has always been 1 of my favourite sport.
I remembered the last time that I played badminton was like 4 to 5 years back when I was still working in FMC waiting for my O lvl results. I really miss those days playing with my colleagues weekly. After I left FMC, I din really have chance to play anymore.
1 major thing tt hold me back from playing is I do not have a proper racket=\
All my rackets spoilt and I didn't really make an effort to get new ones since I'm not playing that frequently anymore.
However, the flame has ignite again. Whahaha..! So, I decided to get a new 1 and carry on start playing again. =)
I've chosen Ashaway after trying out those rackets from the peeps in camp. I went to the supplier of Ashaway this morning and that place is far & Ulu.. -.-
Its located at the other end of sg Eunos. The staff there is damn nice. I meet Mr Bala there and he's really nice tt he went through with me all the speciality of the different model of rackets there. Sadly, i din do any purchase there and he referred me to a store in Eastpoint. He told me tt shop has a lot of variety and I'm able to get some limited edition rackets there too.
So, I went over and the boss there gave me a great discount because I was referred by Mr Bala. I have to really thanks Mr Bala for referring me there!
Check out my cool racket. Most probably, I'm going to get another 1 next month because I still have the other racket in mind.
Oh Ya.. I promised the boss Mr Shaik to help him promote his shop. So, I shall do it here.
If You really wanna get great rackets with great service and great price, u MUST go to Smash Sports located at level 2 of Eastpoint!! I guarantee that 3 great that was mentioned above.

Say Goodbye to the Old and smart looking uniform...
Here comes the new pixelated Uniform...
Our unit just don the new uniform last week. We are 1 of the first few units to change our uniform. The new uniform is more cooling than the old 1 but it might be a good thing for those commando mosquitoes hiding in the jungle o.O
It provides better concealment for us in the field and definitely a lot of improvement as compared to the old 1. But, why must the rank be in the middle of the uniform??oO
However, I believe most of us still can't bear taking off the old uniform.
Goodbye to the old uniform that has accompanied me through more than half of my NS life. =)
