Afew weeks had past, many events had taken place. I shall update those that I feel I should share.=)

Dinner with the CEDI dudes~
On Friday, after booking out, me and chorks went to meet the Cedi guys. Before meeting them, we went to Bugis to get some stuff. They were at this place called 'Ah Loy Thai Food' located in Shaw Tower. I've never been there before and the setup of the place doesn't seem very appealing to me. The place really look like some thai roadside store with air-con.
Strange thing was many ppl were queuing for a seat there. I wonder how good is the food there. We waited abt 20-25mins before the arrival of the first dish. I ordered a dish called 'Phai Thai' which is some thai fried noodles and it arrived abt 30min later. I was so hungry that I think I could swallow a cow!
After my first mouth of food, I realised that it was worth waiting and why there's such a que out there. My rating to the food there is 4/5. Worth Trying! Must Try!

5M Anniversary TOTO

And there goes my hopes...

I WANNA BE A MILLIONAIRE!!!!

My Understudy!

Wheee ~! Finally, after months of waiting, my understudies have arrived. I'm so relief when I see them. I could feel the day to freedom closer to me!
3 of them are still very fresh out from training school, so definitely need some polishing from us. I just hope that they could take over me very very soon.
On their arrival, I was also quite pissed off on the other hand. They have no bunk to turn into. Their allocated bunk was dominated by a bunch of selfish people. I just don't understand how people can get so selfish. Do they have a moral in them? Can't they think from the shoes of others? If those things happened to them, how'll they feel?? My blood pressure rised another 5 storey high that day.
So, they have left with no where to sleep the first day and have to stay out. Fortunately, they have already settled down now.

My Poor Feet
On my specialist appointment, I was told by the doctor that there's nothing wrong on my feet and everything is fine. Maybe I'm just having a little of flat foot. I was a little disappointed knowing I might have flat foot. He referred me to the Podiatry that can help to recommend proper footwear to me.

Today, I turned up for the Podiatry appointment and the doctor is so specialised in the feet structure. She examined my feet and conclude that I have a low arch feet which can only be seen when i stand up and I have a deformity on my feet due to the excessive bone growth on my feet. Its abit similar to flat feet. The doctor said mine is a rare case but don't required to operate as its not that serious.
She said I just need to get wider fit foot wear and they can customize a proper insole for my feet which cost about $265. Luckily, it's all subsidised by SAF. However, to permanently resolve the problem, surgery is still required. The surgery is very complicated, so the doctor only allow people with very serious case to do it. Sigh ~
Now, my choice of footwear become so limited and I can't wear a lot of shoes. Sigh Sigh Sigh~~ =/

Happy Birthday Chuan !!!

I've set the post date back to ur actual birthday. Hope that could make the wishing look punctual. =P

Oh..We went to Topone for KTV session on chuan's birthday. Chuan has definitely received nice presents from us such as a large bday card which is bigger than A3.

The whole room was filled with our camp officer except me and Yip. It was a very enjoyable session though i don't really know afew of them. You Mo(Mr mosquito) was a damn funny guy, he's damn funny when he morphs into his mosquito look. And does stupid thing like choosing 1 straight whole list of abt 20 songs all from Jay chou.

Presenting the Big Bday Card ~

This is the first time I sing in Topone and also the first time feel that time past so slowly in the ktv room. Maybe all of us were too shag for such long ktv hour.
I still think partyworld is the best of all.

I went to Smash Sport today to string my racket and bought a new racket as well. I'll let u all see how it look on my later post because I'm going to to get another yonex racket this month and I'm going to post up the photo of both together.
I promise this yonex racket will be my last racket. hahaha..

Later, I joined my uncle and cousins for a ping-pong session. My cousins were all inspired by that lame ping pong show and started playing ping pong lately. It was really fun playing with them. I hardly play ping pong but I think i picked up quite well just now. I think i'll start to pick up another new sport soon. Hahaa...

290409(Wed)
I went for my x-ray at cmpb. I was punctual and reached there at 9.30am. Over there, i saw some guys doing their medical checkup for enlistment. That reminded me of myself doing that abt 2yrs ago and now I have only another 4month plus to ORD. =)
The x-ray was fast. It only took abt 5mins. But, the waiting time was really long. The entire appointment took abt 2 hr plus.

In the afternoon, I went back to camp and see the MO for review on my x-ray. The doctor shown me the x-ray film and i found my baby toe curved inwards. The doctor told me that there's a deformity on my toe. I was really kind of disappointed with it because that's quite a big issue to me. I can't wear shoes of my size and will have problems when I exercise. The pain will always be there.

During normal days when I put on my shoes, I could feel my 4th toe overlapping my baby toe when I walk or run. That caused great discomfort and some pain.

What caused it? He said, " Tight footwear might cause the deformity." I don't understand why because I've been wearing bigger shoes all along. Maybe this problem has occurred long ago but only discovered now. Thats why I always choose bigger shoes.

He told me, to cure it, I've to operate my toe. I went even lower when i hear the word 'operate'. And I might be down pes as well. I have a mixture of feelings when I hear the down pes thing. Is it a good or bad thing? I just know that I wouldn't feel good if I'm not fighting fit.

Then, he referred me to the orthopedic specialist at Alexanda Hospital for further check up and consultations. The appointment is on the end of May. For now, I'm excuse from boots and runs till end of may.

What causes most toe deformities?
The most common reason for these deformities is when tight shoes are worn, the toes are compressed into an abnormal position. When this happens repeatedly, the toes remain in this abnormal position. High heeled shoes are especially notorious for causing these deformities. This is because the toes are not only bunched up, but the weight of the body is pushing them forward even further. The exception, as described above, is the claw toe deformity which is not usually due to footwear.

What is the treatment for these toe problems?
Treatment for a claw toe, hammer toe, or mallet toe is first to wear more comfortable footwear. Special pads and orthotics are made to protect the toes and even to correct the deformity. Usually problems arise from painful calluses and corns forming around the deformities. When someone has an abnormal toe, it tends to rub on footwear and cause problems. Protecting these problem areas with pads will often control the symptoms.

Surgery may be needed to correct a malalignment if the toe deformity causes chronic pain. Surgical treatments are aimed at loosening up the contracted toe joints to allow them to align properly. A fusion between the bones may also be necessary to prevent a recurrence of the problem.
