14/09/09 - 30/09/09Right after I ORD, I got contracted by AXA! From there, I begin my journey in AXA and begin all my trainings. There's so much things to remember. My head is on the verge of cracking everyday after trainings. However, there's alot of useful stuff that i learnt thats really gonna be good aids for my job.
Although majority of my colleagues were in their 30s or 40s alrdy, they are still nice and generous people thats always there taking care of me. Of course, my uncle has been the greatest person there for me. He's always giving me guidiance and help me out when I'm in trouble. I felt so greatful to have him in my life. He's 1 person that I'll never ever forget for life!
So far, things have been smooth and I'm slowly building up my momentum for work. I'll try my best to pick up as much as possible. I hope I could reach the goals that i set for myself for end of the this year.
01/10/09 - 02/10/09I was admitted to NUH in at night.
I started vomitting the night before while I was halfway sleeping. I was dreaming about myself at work and telling ppl that they pay too much for their own insurance. TOO MUCH.. TOO MUCH.. this word 'TOO MUCH' triggers my stomach. I woke up halfway and vomitted my previous meal. It was damn terrible as it jus happen out of a sudden.
I suspect that I ate the wrong thing previously.
Ingredients for puking:
- 1 x bowl of white rice
- 1 x big bowl of BaKu Teh
- 2 x susuage
- 2 x fried egg
- 1 x plate of green veggie
- 1 x mint flavour choc from USA (small piece only)
I vomitted twice and went back to sleep. The next time I woke up was already in the morning and I'm suppose to wake up for work. I tot I was okay after various round of vomitting but I did it again in the morning, it was a continuation of my previous meal. After that, I tried hard consuming breakfast and thought that it'll be okay aft sometime but I was wrong. Everything came out again. I rested awhile after the last round and rushed out for work.
I was so eager to work because it happened to be 1 of my training days and if I miss it, I'll need to wait for another month to attend it again. Unfortunately, I still have to go back to re-take the training again because I left halfway due to my body condition. I took a cab down to NUH A&E and they sent me to the emergency ward to wait for doctor.
After the doctor seen me, he put me on drip and gave me some injections. I was feeling damn Jialat at that moment lah! I doze off and when I woke up I felt abit better but still feeling neasua and uncomfortable. They did not realise that I'm having fever till I ask them to take my temperature. I was having fever at 39.5 degree celsius! OMG! I never had this high temperature before.
Initially, the doctor wanted to put me in the 24hrs Observation ward for observation but he decided to admit me in the end. He suspect that my condition might worsen and may require surgery if that happens. He told me I was having gastric flu and after the CT scan, he told me I got some infections at my abdominal area.
So, I was warded for 2 days in the hospital. Fortunately, I recovered gradually and my condition did not worsen. I'm such a poor student. I still have to study for my HI exam on Fri in the hospital.
Today, I was discharged and uncle patrick fetched me home. After settling my stuff at home, he sent me to suntec for my exam.
I can say that I'M SUPER DUPER LUCKY!
I PASSED! Why M I Lucky?!? Its because:
1. I only study 7/14 chapters and 1 mock exam paper.
2. I forget to bring my calculator.
Seriously, it was a pure TYCO experience. My lucky star is working today. hahaha..
