What will u do when u're feeling stress or depress? What are the things that u'll do to vamp out your pressures or make yourself feel better??

For me, singing or playing badminton can really help me throw everything out!
I can Smesh! Smesh! Smesh! the shuttlecock till every single feather drops out from the shuttlecock.
I can sing sing sing the whole day till I've no voice.
I'm feeling stress & inferior now. Why must so many things happen??? =/
I just wanna faster ORD! Sigh ~
